Greater Works Deliverance Fellowship is a member of the Dunamis Covenant Fellowship of Churches, led by Bishop Dwight E. Brown.
Pastor James E. Giles and First Lady Delores Giles
Pastor Giles is President, CEO and Founder of Back To Basics Outreach Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit, faith-based organization dedicated to helping residents of the City Of Buffalo. Its services address problems connected with substance abuse, homelessness, gang violence, unemployment, youth development, and prisoner re-entry. He is the Administrator of Stop the Violence Coalition and has degrees in psychology and African American Studies.
He was ordained as a Pastor in 2008 and has received countless awards for his service and leadership in Buffalo. He shares these accomplishments with his two children, Antonio and Alisha, his grandson Jalen, and his beloved wife, Delores Y. Giles.
Lady Giles is known for her kindness and warmth. She welcomes us each Sunday and performs many, many tasks as needed that keep our church running smoothly and uplift the community. She has supported and helped Pastor Giles throughout his accomplishments and brings much joy and love to our church.

Music Ministry
Our gifted and anointed choir sings and leads traditional and modern gospel songs, from slow heartfelt worship to rousing upbeat celebrations. It includes: Minister Jeannette King, Alexis Bates, Kwan Yen Cheek, Minister Jameko Washington, Deacon James Stephens Jr, Elder Billie Webster and Elder Alan Terry.
Our band includes guitarist Dave Jackson, an internationally recognized guitarist who has played with The Canton Spirituals, The Soul Messengers, Voices of Harmony and many other groups. Pianist Liana Lorigo, bassist Andre Simmons, and drummers Justice Hatten and Andre Simmons Jr. bring decades of experience playing in churches and with contemporary bands as well.
